I needed a good reason to write about some increasingly favorite people of mine. And I finally found it.
Kiss Kiss Fantastic = Violet (Kumon Plaza remix)
The etherial space-gaze jams of Kiss Kiss Fantastic have been remixed by the 8-bit Gameboy hero Kumon Plaza. KKF was featured on my latest mixtape “BUOY” and have been accompanying my ears for a couple months now. Check their bandcamp to receive an earful of good.
Kumon Plaza is Dylan Khotin-Foote. Residing in Alberta, Canada he’s releasing a sweet tape of his awesome tunes very shortly (as you can see in the pic above). I’m definitely gonna have to get one of those in my possession pretty soon. Meanwhile his EP “Cliffs” is up on his bandcamp for a free download.
